John is our Owner, Founder and Visionary Leader. Since Raydeo’s establishment in 1987, John has ensured a promise of satisfaction for every project that has come out of our doors. Having been in the business for thirty years, he knows how to take even the most obscure of concepts and turn them into reality.

Consistent, knowledgeable, and precise, Preston has been at Raydeo for twenty years now. He began his career here as a millworker. During his time here, Preston has proven himself to be a millwork and cabinetry specialist with a tremendous attention to detail. Preston’s clients, Haverty’s and Rubbermaid, to name a few, always rely on him to continually deliver to the letter, no matter the job, and have never been disappointed.

Andy is a Results-oriented and hands-on construction and development professional with 19 years of comprehensive experience across multiple facets of the industry. He has demonstrated success in managing and delivering multi-million dollar projects by effectively coordinating trades, fostering strong partnerships, and maintaining clear communication with owners and clients. Recognized for consistently completing projects on time and within budget, while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Shawn is an accomplished Project Manager who displays experience beyond his years, orchestrating the completion of projects across diverse industries. He excels in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. He is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction through every stage of the project lifecycle.
In his free time he enjoys sports, the great outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
